I graduated for the bachelor degree in Information Engineering in 2006. 2012 – August 2015 | International Support Manager TradeTracker.com

Researched implementing a new knowledge and support management platform to provide better international support to all account managers in the 18 countries that TradeTracker operates.  I have set up an internal (blended learning) training program for junior and senior account managers.provide day to day support to all TradeTracker countries’ account managers and I’m responsible for internal and customer documentation and implementation guide and the online technical implementation portal. Besides some other things:

  • Planned, implemented and filled the TradeTracker International support portal
  • Solved 2500 + Internal Account Manager inquiries
  • Implemented 250+ Technical tracking and conversion solutions for international customers
  • Defined customer support processes and business process improvement plan based on the Knowledge Centered Support principle.
  • Created the TradeTracker Laboratory containing all major web shop systems for technical development purposes, conversion registration tests and developing web shop specific affiliate marketing plugins
  • Support system software requirements definition and software selection procedure based on the ITIL derived Knowledge Centered Support principles
  • Set up the Internal Training and Education Management System and internal (online) training content
  • Created internal Customer Relation and Operating Support System complete reference guide document and online reference resource
  • Defined internal employee function roles to provide online on the job training programs

TradeTracker International is the management, business development and support organisation for all worldwide TradeTracker Affiliate network divisions.

TradeTracker.com is currently active in 16+ European countries, Russia and is progressing towards the Chinese/Asian market momentarily.

2006 – 2012 Consultant Content Management and Education 

For Unisys I worked as a content management consultant and focused on change management, and education primarily, mostly in content and process driven organisations. Some of the clients I’ve worked for where the ministry of Education, Culture and Science, ministry of General affairs, inspection of education, Cordares pensions, Environmental Protection Agency Rijnmond, Water management organizations and other local government organizations. My responsibilities varied from project planning and creating information portals to fully implementing blended learning programs including creation, managing and maintaining all (e)learning materials and classical teaching, from web content management to enterprise content management and SharePoint (graphic)design, configuration, user permissions and security and analyzing end-user and organizational requirements. I also worked on several European tenders. I received a letter of recommendation for my work (available upon request).

2005 – 2006 Flevoziekenhuis Almere (Hospital)

Researched and adviced about the implementation of an ITIL based service desk to support the IT organisation. Project management was done according to the PRINCE2 methodology. Researched business processes and performed software with selection criteria matching NEN specifications. Created change management documents based on ITIL quality processes and conducted a user requirement analysis. Presented in an advisory report, business presentation and plan of approach.

2004 – 2005 Rabobank Almere

Realised the local Rabobank website rabobankalmere.nl with custom content management system (CMS) to meet the needs of the employees. Every employee was able to create his own department specific content which was controlled, reviewed and published by the department of marketing and communication. Created an implementation strategy, communication/marketing plan as well as organized workshops to teach end-users how to create content using this system. This was based on internal and external process guidelines created during the development of the site. Search engine optimization and analytic reports were also implemented in the content management system for easy access, modification and management information.

2004 – 2004 Algemene Woningbouw Vereniging Amsterdam

Researched and adviced about using home automation systems for a housing project development agency focused on domotica and the ability to make live easier for elderly people using these systems.

2003 – 2003 Meyn Food Processing Technology

Researched and developed a statistical yield control module using production data and creating management information reports using this information. Information analysis, functional design, technical documentation and organizing workshops about the use of the available data and statistics.

BUSINESS

2003 – 2007 Co-owner Bakker & Bos Supplies

Bakker & Bos Supplies was founded in 2003 and specialized in the creation and development of (company)websites which were maintained through our own custom content management system. We also provided web-hosting, (web)content advice and search engine optimization.
